Just as a house will collapse if built on a weak foundation, much of the hip, knee and ankle pain we experience is often related to the feet. Barefoot exercises increase mobility and stability as well as foster proper foot function, consequently improving balance. So ditch the shoes and socks and let’s build balance from the ground up!
